Job Overview:
Soliant Health is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. This full-time position will be based in an elementary school in Red Lion, PA, where you will have the rewarding opportunity to work with a diverse group of young students in a supportive and collaborative educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) tailored to students' needs
- Provide direct therapy services in articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure students' success
- Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary planning
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Pennsylvania SLP license (or ability to obtain licensure prior to the school year)
- ASHA CCCs (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred; CFYs considered
- Previous experience working in a school setting is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
