Full-Time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
Location: Concord, NH
Soliant Health is seeking a committed and qualified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time school-based position in Concord, NH. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with PreK and elementary students in a dynamic and collaborative educational environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech therapy services to students, following the treatment plans developed by a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Assist in conducting speech and language screenings and assessments
- Support students in improving communication, articulation, and social language skills
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure students' speech and language needs are met
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Requirements:
- SLPA certification required
- Experience working in a school setting or with children is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Position Details:
- Full-time, 2024-2025 school year
- Caseload: Primarily PreK students, with some elementary-level students
