Job Description:
We are seeking a licensed and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team remotely to provide high-quality therapy services to students and/or patients across Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a wide range of age groups and be passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual speech and language therapy services to students or patients with various needs (articulation, language delays, fluency disorders)
- Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain procedure to state and federal guidelines for tele practice services.
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, and professional development opportunities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Pennsylvania State SLP license.
- Experience working in tele practice.
- Strong communication and technology skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Passion for helping others and a commitment to professional growth.
