Job Description:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a Part-Time Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapy to a K-8 student caseload in Rhode Island. The caseload includes 20 students, some with moderate to severe disabilities, as well as autistic children. This position allows you to work remotely and is flexible, requiring a minimum commitment of one day per week.

Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual speech and language therapy to a K-8 student caseload.
- Develop individualized treatment plans for students with various needs, including moderate to severe and autistic children.
- Monitor student progress and adapt therapy as needed.
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and parents to support student success.
- Apply DEI principles to ensure inclusive, equitable therapy for all students.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license in Rhode Island.
- Experience working with K-8 students, particularly those with moderate/severe disabilities or autism, is preferred.
- Experience with virtual therapy is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to integrating DEI principles in therapy practices.
