ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a part-time position in Acton, MA. This role involves working with an elementary school population and offers the potential to transition to full-time hours if desired. The assignment begins in late January and continues through the end of the school year, providing an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ communication skills.

- Position: Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

- End Date: End of the 2024/2025 school year
- Caseload: 15 elementary school students
- Schedule: Part-time hours, with the option to increase to full-time if preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students.
- Deliver engaging and effective speech and language therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success.
- Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Active Massachusetts SLP license (or eligibility to obtain one before the start date).
- Previous experience working with elementary students is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
