Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - School-Based Position
Location: Nebraska City, NE
Job Type: Part-Time, Contract
Caseload: Middle + High School (Approximately 22 Students)
Soliant Health is seeking a skilled and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in Nebraska City, NE. This part-time role involves providing speech and language services to middle and high school students in a supportive school environment.
Position Details:
- Caseload: Middle and High School students (around 22 students).
- Hours: Likely 8 hours per week (1 day per week).
- Open to Virtual or On-site
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Provide direct therapy services to students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff members to develop strategies for student success.
- Document therapy sessions and progress in the Special Education system.
- Participate in IEP meetings as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- State licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- ASHA certification (preferred but not required).
- Experience in school-based settings (preferred but not required).
