Hours: Part-time (16 hours per week – 2 eight-hour days)

In this role, you will provide direct therapy to students with multiple disabilities, including those with speech as a secondary disability. It’s an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech therapy services to elementary students with multiple disabilities
- Work with 20 students, including 2-3 students with speech-language impairments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs
- Deliver services in resource and self-contained classroom settings
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student outcomes
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Active Minnesota SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience working with elementary-aged students with multiple disabilities
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Passion for helping children succeed through speech and language therapy
Interview Process:
There will be a 5-10 minute phone screening with one of our recruiters. If selected, there will be a more in-depth zoom interview with the district where more details about the opportunity will be provided.
