Location: Near Brooklyn Center, MN
Hours: Part-time (16 hours per week – 2 eight-hour days)
Start Date: ASAP – June 12, 2025

We are currently seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CSY to join our team near Brooklyn Center, MN. In this role, you will work with students with multiple disabilities, including those for whom speech is a secondary disability, in an impactful and fulfilling way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech therapy services to elementary students with multiple disabilities
- Work with 20 students, including 2-3 students with speech-language impairments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on students' needs
- Deliver services in resource and self-contained classrooms
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student outcomes
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Active Minnesota SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience working with elementary-aged students with multiple disabilities
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- A passion for helping children overcome communication challenges
Interview Process:
There will be a 5-10 minute phone screening with one of our recruiters. If selected, there will be a more in-depth zoom interview with the district where more details about the opportunity will be provided.
