Soliant Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) near Lakeside, CA. This full-time role involves working closely with Speech Language Pathologists to provide therapeutic support to students in a school-based setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Speech Language Pathologists in implementing therapy plans.
- Provide direct therapy services to students under supervision.
- Monitor and document student progress and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare materials and activities for therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student communication goals.
Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field.
- Current California SLPA license.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in a school setting preferred.
