Position Details:
We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join a school-based team in Sedona, AZ. This part-time position allows you to make a meaningful difference in students’ lives while enjoying Sedona’s beautiful surroundings.
Responsibilities:
- Work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to implement therapy plans.
- Provide direct speech and language support services to students.
- Assist in preparing therapy materials and documenting student progress.
- Collaborate with school staff and families to support students' communication goals.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to school and state regulations.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field.
- Current Arizona SLPA license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
