Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Kindergarten (Odessa, DE)
ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a compassionate and qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time position working with Kindergarten students in Odessa, Delaware. Job Details:
- Location: Odessa, DE
- Schedule: 3 days per week
- Hours: Part-time
- Caseload: Kindergarten students
- Status: Accepting Candidates
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct behavioral support to kindergarten students
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure effective interventions
- Monitor student progress and report outcomes
Qualifications:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Experience working with young children, particularly in educational settings, is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
