Part-Time Pediatrics Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) - Los Altos, CA
A school district near Los Altos, CA, is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for the current school year. This part-time role offers a benefits package and competitive pay.
Qualifications to Apply:
- SLPA License in California
- Previous SLPA experience in schools is preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect therapy services to kindergarten through 10th grade students
- Collaborate with the supervising SLP and assist with preparing therapy materials (e.g., flashcards, worksheets)
- Participate in IEP meetings with Special Education staff
Work Schedule:
- Part-time (25 hours per week)
- ASAP to June 2025, schedule follows district's calendar
