Are you passionate about helping students succeed in communication and language development? Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year in Parma, OH. This part-time role offers an opportunity to work with students, support their growth, and collaborate with a supportive educational team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students (K-12).
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) to address communication disorders.
- Implement evidence-based interventions for speech, language, and social communication challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
- Monitor and document student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Ohio SLP license (or ability to obtain before start date).
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFs are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience working in a school setting is a plus.
Position Details:
- 2-3 days per week, flexible schedule.
- Caseload and student age range will be determined based on district needs.
