We are looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team near York Springs, Pennsylvania, for the full school year. This position is flexible, with both full-time and part-time options available, working with a diverse K-12 student population. Position Overview:

- Caseload/Population: K-12th grade students
- Assignment Period: Full school year
- Start Date: ASAP
- Hours: Full-time or Part-time

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide individualized speech and language therapy
- Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to students’ unique needs
- Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and support staff
- Document progress, prepare reports, and adjust interventions as necessary
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaborations
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment
Qualifications:
- SLP: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Pennsylvania state licensure
- SLPA: Associate’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or related field
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in a school setting or with K-12 populations preferred
- Passion for supporting students’ growth in communication and social skills
