Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to provide exceptional services to students with communication disorders. This position involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech and language issues, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to assess students' speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the educational team.
- Provide direct therapy services to students with communication needs.
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to foster a positive learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Valid California SLP license.
- Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Schedule:
- 12 hours per week (flexible schedule options available).
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
