About the Job: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote, 1099 contract position that allows you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while making a real impact on the lives of individuals in Oregon. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients improve their speech and communication skills and must meet the following qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality speech therapy services to students and/or clients via telepractice.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Collaborate with educational teams, parents, and other professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
- Communicate effectively with clients and families regarding treatment plans and progress.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Active Oregon State License in Speech Language Pathology.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with clients.
- Comfortable using teletherapy platforms and technology.
- Experience with pediatric and/or adult clients preferred.
Compensation:
- Competitive pay (1099 contract, rate commensurate with experience).
