Onsite Speech Language Pathologist (SLPA) - In Richmond, Texas
A supportive school district near Richmond, TX, is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join their team. In this role, you’ll work with students to deliver engaging speech and language support under the supervision of a licensed SLP, making a meaningful impact on students' communication skills and overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students, following treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP.
- Assist in developing materials and activities to support students’ individualized goals.
- Document student progress accurately and report updates to the supervising SLP.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create a well-rounded support system.
- Support the SLP during assessments and in managing therapy sessions effectively.

Qualifications:
