Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time Position in Oklahoma City, OK
Position Overview:
Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Oklahoma City, OK. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in students’ lives while collaborating with a team of professionals in an enriching environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement effective therapy plans tailored to individual student needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students with diverse speech and language challenges.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to ensure cohesive support and progress.
- Document and monitor student progress, maintaining compliance with state and district guidelines.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations to help students achieve educational goals.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Oklahoma SLP license (or ability to obtain licensure).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior school experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
