Position Overview:
Soliant Health is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join a dedicated team near San Diego, CA. This full-time position involves supporting students with speech and language needs in a school-based setting under the guidance of licensed Speech Language Pathologists.
Responsibilities:
- Implement therapy plans developed by the supervising Speech Language Pathologist.
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with students.
- Track student progress and maintain detailed records.
- Assist with preparing materials and resources for therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to support student success.
Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field.
- Active SLPA license in California.
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
