Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and evaluate communication disorders in speech, language, voice, and fluency; create and apply individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Deliver therapy services, track progress, and modify treatment approaches as necessary.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support effective communication strategies.
- Carry out screenings, maintain accurate records, and contribute to team meetings for coordinated planning.
- Support students’ needs, stay updated on industry trends, and engage in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
- Current Minnesota Teaching Certification required
- Minnesota SLP license optional
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
Highlights:

- Hourly Rate: $40-$50
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
