Job Title: SLP - Speech Language Pathologist in Arizona (1099, Fully Remote, School-Based)
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to provide services to children in a remote school-based setting. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy to students with communication disorders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments and evaluations to determine the presence and extent of communication disorders
- Developing and implementing treatment plans based on individual student needs and goals
- Providing direct therapy services to students via a teletherapy platform
- Monitoring and tracking student progress to ensure effective intervention
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure coordinated and effective services
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation and records
Job Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with children in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload of students
- Comfortable using technology and teletherapy platforms
- Access to a reliable internet connection and computer with video conferencing capabilities
This is a 1099 contract position with a fully remote work environment. The position requires a high level of flexibility and autonomy.
