Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Marblehead, MA. This unique position offers the flexibility to work both on-site and virtually, providing essential speech therapy services to a diverse client base. Ideal candidates should be versatile, adaptive, and ready to meet the needs of patients in both settings.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Provide therapy in both on-site and virtual formats, adapting methods according to the environment and patient needs.
- Develop individualized plans of care, maintaining timely documentation of therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Engage and educate families and caregivers about strategies to support communication and swallowing functions.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience in a variety of clinical settings and with teletherapy platforms preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
