Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in Everett, WA. This school-based, onsite role allows you to work directly with students, providing essential speech and language therapy to support their academic and personal growth.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week.
- Caseload: K-12 (specific details available during the interview).
- Location: Onsite only; no remote or hybrid options available.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students.
- Provide direct speech therapy in line with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success.
- Maintain thorough documentation, track progress, and participate in IEP meetings as needed.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Washington state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP.
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
