Caseload: 1 Middle School & 1 High School
Job Description:
We are seeking two dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to join our team. These full-time, onsite positions will involve providing speech therapy services to students in both middle and high school settings. As an SLP, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating students with speech, language, and communication disorders. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment where you can make a real impact on students' educational experiences.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility for licensure).
- ASHA certification (or eligible).
- Experience working with middle and high school-aged students preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for middle and high school students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students' needs.
- Provide direct therapy services, including individual and group sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication development.
- Monitor and track student progress, adjusting therapy goals as necessary.
- Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Plan) meetings and provide input for goal development.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all student services provided.
