Job Description:
As an SLP, you’ll collaborate with educators, parents, and specialists to develop tailored plans and deliver targeted interventions to support student success.
Responsibilities:
- Create progress monitoring tools and share updates with the IEP team.
- Collaborate with educators to provide accommodations for equitable curriculum access.
- Develop and implement AAC systems for students with complex communication needs.
- Provide direct language therapy to improve students' communication skills.
- Manage records and ensure compliance with all relevant special education regulations.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Active New Mexico state SLP licensure (PED can be in process).
- Experience in schools or educational settings preferred.
