Occupational Therapist (OT) – School-Based Position
Soliant Health is currently seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-person services within a school district. This full-time position offers the opportunity to support K-12 students by enhancing their ability to participate in school activities and achieve academic success.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in grades K-12

Conduct assessments to identify students' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to implement strategies for student success

Maintain accurate records and document student progress in compliance with district and state regulations
-
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal development

Utilize evidence-based practices to support students' motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
-
Active or pending state OT license and certification
-
Experience working with school-aged children preferred
-
Strong communication and collaboration skills
-
Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively
This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) for in-person services.
