Position Overview:
We’re seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join a school team in Elma, WA. This role involves working with a range of K-12th grade students with moderate to severe disabilities. You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team committed to empowering students and fostering their success.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans.
- Implement treatment strategies tailored to students’ developmental and educational needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support IEP goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress.
Qualifications:
- Active OT license in Washington State.
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
