Occupational Therapist for School Therapy

Soliant Education is looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our school-based team in Shandon, CA. This full-time, full school year position is perfect for an OT who is passionate about supporting students and their developmental needs.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate: Assess students to identify their occupational therapy needs.
- Develop Plans: Create and implement individualized therapy programs to help students achieve their goals.
- Collaborate: Partner with teachers, parents, and school staff to provide comprehensive support.
- Provide Therapy: Deliver direct therapy services and monitor students’ progress.
- Document: Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student outcomes.
- Participate in IEPs: Contribute to the development and review of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Must have or be eligible for licensure in California.
- Experience: Experience in a school setting is beneficial but not required.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
