ProCare Therapy is excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district in Springboro, OH, for the 2024-2025 school year. This position involves working onsite with elementary-aged students (2nd-5th grade) in a collaborative and supportive school environment.
Position Details
- Location: Onsite in Springboro, OH (with hybrid options for the right candidate)
- Schedule: Full-time preferred (part-time may be considered for highly qualified candidates)
- Caseload: 2nd-5th Grade Elementary Building
- Delivery:
- In-person therapy sessions
- Virtual paperwork and meetings
Job Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services to elementary students with diverse needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress.
- Conduct assessments, diagnose needs, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver therapy sessions onsite and participate in virtual meetings for documentation and planning.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports and IEPs.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Communication Disorders, Speech-Language Pathology, or related field.
- Active SLP licensure in Ohio.
- Previous school-based experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
