Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist – Remote Position in Wisconsin

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver remote speech and language therapy services. This role involves conducting assessments, providing therapy, and collaborating with educators and parents to support students' communication needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech-language pathology and experience working in a virtual setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech and language assessments to evaluate students' communication skills.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Provide remote speech and language therapy sessions to students, including individual and group therapy.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop effective strategies for supporting students’ communication goals.
- Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
- Offer virtual training and guidance to educators and parents on supporting students' communication development.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of therapy sessions and student progress.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Wisconsin.
- Proven experience providing speech and language therapy, preferably in a school setting.
- Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and remote communication tools.
