Now Hiring Speech Language Pathologist Assistant
ProCare Therapy is seeking an enthusiastic Speech Language Pathologist Assistants for this current school year for a contract position located in the sunny side of Lewiston, ME area. Job Type:
- Full-time
- Primarily K-3, maybe increase to K-6 caseload
- General responsibilities include
- Provide individual and group services to students with identified needs.
- Conduct evaluations according to student IEPs
- Support behavioral team members and collaborate with multidisciplinary team
- Complete reports and associated documents within the regulatory timelines in accordance with state and federal mandates pertaining to special education.
- Facilitate IEP processes when appropriate; contribute to the determination of eligibility for special education services or other appropriate educational plans.
- Provide case management services when needed

Qualifications:
- Valid ME Speech Language Pathologist Assistant license
- Previous experience in schools preferred but not required
