Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-Time Position in Pomona, CA

Position: Full-Time, On-site
ProCare Therapy is hiring a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist for a school-based position in the Pomona area. This full-time role is ideal for an SLP looking to make a meaningful impact on students by developing their communication abilities in a structured and supportive environment.
Role Overview:
- Work Schedule: 35-40 hours weekly throughout the 2024-2025 school year
- Core Duties:
- Provide tailored individual and group therapy to students.
- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language needs.
- Develop, implement, and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to monitor student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to integrate speech strategies into students' routines and classroom settings.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay: Competitive rates based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Licensure: Active California SLP license required.
- Experience: Prior experience in school settings is advantageous, but new graduates eager to begin their careers in educational settings are encouraged to apply.
