In this role, you will engage with a diverse group of students, assisting them in overcoming communication challenges and reaching their full potential. As a vital member of our innovative teletherapy team, you'll collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver personalized therapy sessions tailored to each student’s unique needs.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and assess speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Deliver therapy services, monitor progress, and adjust treatment as required.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to provide effective communication support for students.
- Perform screenings, maintain comprehensive records, and participate in team discussions for planning.
- Advocate for students’ communication needs, stay updated on research, and provide training for staff.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
- North Dakota Teaching Certification required OR
- North Dakota SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
Highlights:
- 1099 Position
- Hourly Rate: $40-$50
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
