Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) eager to make a difference in students' lives while working from home? We are looking for a dedicated and skilled SLP to provide exceptional virtual speech and language services to school-aged children.
In this role, you will assist a diverse group of students in overcoming communication challenges and reaching their full potential. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver personalized therapy sessions tailored to each student’s needs.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and assess disorders related to speech, language, voice, and fluency; design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for each student.
- Provide therapeutic services, monitor progress, and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to ensure students' communication needs are met.
- Conduct screenings, maintain detailed records, and engage in team meetings to develop comprehensive plans.
- Advocate for students' communication rights, provide staff training, and continue professional development.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
- North Dakota Teaching Certification required OR
- North Dakota SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
Highlights:
- 1099 Position
- Hourly Rate: $40-$50
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
