Eligibility:
- You do not need to be a North Carolina resident, but you must hold active licenses for both your home state and North Carolina.
Position Overview:
- Type: Full-time
- Start Date: ASAP, through June 2025
- Compensation: Weekly pay for both direct and indirect hours worked
- Contract Type: Independent contractor
- Insurance: Professional liability insurance required once the offer is accepted
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform remote assessments for speech, language, voice, and hearing disorders.
- Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) when required.
- Create customized treatment plans addressing students’ communication, language development, and articulation needs.
- Work virtually with teachers and school staff to ensure successful intervention delivery.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of school-based experience.
- Required Certifications:
- SLP-CCC License
- Active North Carolina ESA certification
