Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; design and execute individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Deliver therapy sessions, track student progress, and make necessary adjustments to treatments.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to address communication needs effectively.
- Conduct screenings, keep detailed records, and actively participate in team meetings for strategic planning.
- Support students, provide training for staff, and commit to ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current North Carolina Teaching Certification optional
- North Carolina SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
Highlights:
- 1099 Position
- Guaranteed Weekly Hours
- Hourly Rate: $40-$50
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
- School hours
- Clinical/Technical Team on standby
