Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in New Mexico
Are you a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a passion for helping students succeed? We’re seeking an experienced virtual SLP to provide school-based teletherapy services to students in need of speech and language support. In this flexible, remote role, you’ll work with K-12 students to improve communication skills, from addressing speech delays to enhancing language development. Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for students
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide the best care possible
- Keep detailed records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA-CCC Required
- Current New Mexico SLP license/teaching certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
