NEW - Virtual Speech Pathologist (SLP) Needed in California (Full Time)
Ridgecrest, CA
Soliant Health is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual therapy services to students across California. This full-time or part-time role is perfect for an experienced clinician looking for the flexibility of remote work while making a meaningful impact on student success.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech and language evaluations using teletherapy platforms.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
- Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions in a virtual environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress.
- Maintain detailed and compliant records of sessions and progress reports.
- Participate in virtual meetings with school teams as needed.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active California SLP license.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of school-based or pediatric experience preferred.
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and technology.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
