Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • State licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility.
  • Experience working with K-12 students preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of speech, language development, and disorders.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are encouraged to apply (supervision available).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with special needs (e.g., Autism, ADHD, language delays).
  • Familiarity with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices and strategies.
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish or other languages) are a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support students’ communication needs.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to goal-setting, and track student progress.
  • Stay updated with evidence-based practices and participate in professional development.
