Position: Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Remote (Serving Cabot, Arkansas School District)
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time, 1099 Contractor
Pay: Competitive hourly rate
Role Overview:
- Schedule: Flexible, Monday to Friday
- Position Type: Virtual (Teletherapy)
- Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote speech therapy services to students within the Cabot, Arkansas school district
- Conduct virtual assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to track and ensure student progress
- Document therapy sessions, student progress, and update treatment plans as needed
- Participate in virtual IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Arkansas state licensure as an SLP
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but open to Clinical Fellows (CFs)
- Prior experience with teletherapy preferred but not required
- Must have access to a reliable internet connection and appropriate teletherapy tools
