NEW - Speech Pathologist (SLP Open to CCCs or CFs) - Cinco Ranch, Texas
Position Overview:
Soliant Health is seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in Cinco Ranch, TX. We are open to both experienced SLPs with ASHA certification (CCC) and Clinical Fellows (CFs) who are looking for hands-on support and growth in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication skills.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each student.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, either individually or in small groups, to improve speech, language, and communication skills.
- Regularly track and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide expertise on speech and language goals.
- Offer consultation services to educators to support speech and language development within the classroom setting.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance, therapy goals, and other relevant documentation.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Texas state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP.
- ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.
- Experience working in a school setting is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
