Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)-CCC/CFY
Location: Elma, WA
Employment Type: Full-Time (4 Month Contract open to renewal)
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: End of School Year
Position Overview:
- Caseload: Middle School Students
- Number of Students to Support: 40 or less
- Disabilities on Caseload: Variety from communication to ASD
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Deliver direct therapy services in group and individual settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress discussions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current SLP licensure in Washington.
- Washington State Teaching ESA endorsed in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Ability to work on-site in a school setting.
- Open to new graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship.
