Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication challenges.
- Develop and implement effective Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to foster student success.
- Maintain detailed records of evaluations, progress, and interventions.
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to the educational team.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility to begin a Clinical Fellowship (CF).
- Valid Missouri SLP License or ability to obtain licensure prior to the start date.
- School-based experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Missouri State Requirements:
- Missouri Speech-Language Pathology License through the Missouri Board of Healing Arts.
- Compliance with all state-mandated fingerprinting and background checks.
