Soliant is actively seeking multiple Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs-CCC or CFY) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) for full-time or part-time onsite school-based positions near Little Rock, AR. Position Details:
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- School-based caseloads (K-12)
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services and collaborate with educators and families
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Requirements for SLPs:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Arkansas SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA CCC preferred (CFYs encouraged to apply!)
- Arkansas Department of Education certification required
- Previous school-based experience preferred
Requirements for SLPAs:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Active Arkansas SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience working with school-aged children is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
