We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY) to join a supportive school district near Ponderay, Idaho. This role offers the chance to work in a beautiful, close-knit community, supporting students’ speech and communication skills and collaborating with a talented team of educators.
Position Details:
- Location: Ponderay, ID
- Setting: School-based (K-12)
- Start Date: Immediate
- Type: Full-time or part-time options available
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify students' needs.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for each student.
- Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other school staff to support student progress.
- Document therapy sessions, monitor progress, and adjust plans as necessary.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide updates on student development.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Idaho state licensure (or eligibility) for SLP
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
