Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
  • Provide therapy services to individuals and groups using evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support patient progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans.
  • Stay current with developments in the field through continuing education and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid SLP license in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience working with diverse patient populations and age groups.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
