NEW - Speech Language Pathologist or Assistant Opening in Minnesota

We are looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Cottage Grove, MN! In this role, you’ll help students improve their communication skills, language development, and overall academic performance. Whether you are an experienced SLP/SLPA or just starting your career, this is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and provide speech-language therapy services (SLP).
- Assist in delivering therapy plans designed by an SLP (SLPA).
- Monitor and document students’ progress regularly.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students’ goals.
- Maintain compliance with state and district guidelines for documentation and services.
Requirements
- Valid Minnesota license or certification for SLP/SLPA.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (for SLP).
- SLPA certification or eligibility to obtain it (for SLPA).
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
