Job Description:
Soliant is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in Flat Rock, MI. The selected SLP will assess and provide therapy for students with speech and language challenges. You will play a vital role in helping students develop their communication skills, facilitating their academic and social success.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations for students with communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
- Provide therapy sessions in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' IEP goals.
- Track and document student progress, adjusting therapy as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise on speech-language services.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Michigan SLP license.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, CFYs are welcome.
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
