Job Description:
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow) for a school-based position near Folsom, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive school district while making a meaningful impact on students with communication disorders.
Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship and supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged students.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other support staff.
- Provide direct and indirect therapy based on student needs and goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines.
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Active California SLP License issued by the Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology & Hearing Aid Dispensers Board.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred – Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs).
Experience & Skills:
- Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred.
- Knowledge of IEP development, therapy techniques, and intervention strategies.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Clinical Fellows (CFs) will receive mentorship and supervision.
