Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Completion of academic and clinical requirements for the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Ability to obtain state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Familiarity with the IEP process and special education.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (CF) for school districts in the area. As a CF, you will receive mentorship and supervision through other contracted SLP's while working with students with a range of speech and language needs in a school setting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and screenings.
- Develop and implement treatment plans and goals for students.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
- Participate in IEP meetings.
- Receive supervision and mentorship throughout the CFY.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a school setting or working with children with speech and language disorders.
- Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $45-$52 hourly
